Our team is replete with outside and inside sales, support staff, accounting, service, delivery, and warehouse departments who all coordinate with local management and our corporate offices in Dallas, TX.

SEEKING IN LOS ANGELES, SANTA BARBARA, and ORANGE COUNTY

Outside Sales Representatives are the face of our company and interact directly with clients, assisting them with product knowledge, prompt communication, and smart judgment to find the best product for each project.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and foster new business throughout the Greater Los Angeles or other markets
  • Must be highly proficient in reading Blue Prints – Framing to Finish
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skillset - Helping clients & their teams execute on Luxury Home Projects
  • Strong Communication Skills – Able to articulate product details to all trades involved in the build
  • Trusted Advisor – Consulting client on the right product for their project’s design, energy and budget requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects over a long period of time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Adaptable – codes, technology and environmental code changes are always a constant
  • Customer Experience Focused

SEEKING IN LOS ANGELES

Our Service and Delivery Technicians work directly with our product and client both on the jobsite and at the office. Trained in house, you'll work alongside our sales staff and management team to ensure everything is in proper working order and looking great.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform warranty and non-warranty service for all product lines we distribute.
  • Safely deliver products to job-sites as required
  • Install windows and doors per manufacturers recommendations
  • Conduct post-installation inspections and make necessary repairs and adjustments
  • Provide proper and detailed documentation involving scope of service, required materials and future tasks for inside staff
  • Maintain company assets such as vehicles, tools and technology equipment
  • Practice professional and timely communication with all customers and sales staff
  • Assist in the delivery department as needed

Requirements

  • Window and door installation or service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer skills for entering information and emailing
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Pass a mandatory drug test
  • Must reside in the Austin area
  • Must own all required hand tools to properly install and service doors and windows
  • Must be willing and able to use ladders, scaffolding and lifts as required to perform installations and service

SEEKING IN LOS ANGELES

Our Warehouse Associates work inside and coordinate directly with our Service and Delivery department to maintain an efficient, clean, and agile staging ground for all incoming project products.

HOURS

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist in safely offloading all incoming freight that requires forklift offloading or hand offloading
  • Verify all received material to packing slip and order acknowledgements
  • Advise management and sales reps of any shortages, damages or problems with the order; notate discrepancies on receiving paperwork
  • Properly sort material into assigned locations
  • Properly placard or tag received material
  • Maintain accurate and damage free inventory
  • Log all incoming freight into the daily receiving log and inventory log
  • Assist in loading material onto trucks that are previously scheduled to deliver the next day
  • Occasional driving in absence of driver
  • Maintain a safe, efficient and clean receiving operation
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase product knowledge
  • This position reports directly to the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • The ability to read a tape measurer
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
